THE PROBLEM

Every AI demo looked exactly the same.

Reps opened a chat window, typed a generic prompt, and called it a demo. The technology was powerful, but the experience felt interchangeable. Customers couldn't connect the technology to their actual business problems or see why our approach was meaningfully different.

THE FRAMEWORK

I built a framework to separate commodity AI experiences from differentiated ones.

Most demos stayed at Level 1. The more differentiated capabilities showed up at Levels 3 and 4, but reps rarely demonstrated them consistently.
